Misleading dstv ,

Lie, dishonesty and misleading dstv post that shoukd i upgrade to the compact package i will oay R100 less for 3 months which will be R299 per months , they call me kn the 29 and the uograde was done , now they want me to pay R399 and no one is assisting ne in regards what they have promose , over 10 consultant promise to helo in thus but keep on dropping my call , i ask them to downgrade ne to my old package but they refuse abd said i can only uograde in december and pay R399 after misleading ne that u will pay R299 ,bunch of lie and think tgat they can get away with everything,

I never ask for uograde , they offer and give ne R100 less but now they change their tune, i even oist on facebook and they promise to sort it out but even now nobody talk to me from them

I am using explore abd tge reason i downgrade it was because they are bunches of lies ,
