Misleading Customers

So an agent called me saying she is calling from multichoice. I was offered a dstv explora because I'm a multi choice customer. Obviously I didn't give anyone consent to call me but took the deal anyways as it will cost me R119 a month. So I signed up and was told to expect delivery. To my surprise today an agent from On Air called and informed that they won't deliver at my home address I must meet them at Clermont central library. I then canceled and the lady said okay. I then contacted multichoand informed that I better not be charged from cancelation as I was not told that delivery will not take place at home. An agent from multichoice called and said I have to call On Air. Okay so my thinking is this needs to be sorted out as multichoice is affiliated with this On Air company. I don't want to be billed for cancelling something I was not informed about. Going forward please don't share my details with any company.
