Misleading Charges & Terrible Service

I’m extremely disappointed with DStv. I signed up for a 24-month price lock, expecting a fixed monthly fee — only to be hit with unexpected charges in the final month due to how installation and service were billed separately. This was never explained and feels completely misleading.

Their communication has been just as frustrating. Promised response times aren’t met, and when I raised concerns on a call, the response was dismissive and unprofessional.

This experience has been unfair and disappointing. I expected transparency and consistency — DStv has offered neither.

Fix your communication, fix your billing, and stop misleading your customers.!!!!!
