Misleading and useless

I am posting on Hellopeter because the call centre and Facebook has failed to assist me. On the 10th of March I took out a bundle deal contract for 24 months with an agent, it included dstv compact, disney + channels and showmax for a price of R321. I contacted multichoice 6 times on the 10/03/2023. The first agent loaded the bundle but cut me off while he placed me on hold. I then called back and spoke to another agent for 55 minutes who assisted me to load the contract deal. On the 28th of March my dstv subscription was suspended. I called the call centre twice on the 29th of March, no one could help me. I called on th 30th of March, an agent place me on hold and went to her team leaders desk to listen to the calls of the agent that signed me up for the deal. She then advised me that this was the agents error as they did not load the package correctly therefore my amount owing is higher than R321. She then told me that she is activating the bundle deal correctly. She then confirmed that an amount of R371 will be due of which multichoice will reverse R50 of that amount as I was not at fault for the reconnection fee. She confirmed I will be debited the notnal R321 for the next 24 months. But to my surprise on 3 April 2023, I was only debited R84.88. I have been calling since Monday this week to get this resolved, all the agents place me on hold and then cut my call. I spoke to an agent last night, she advised me that some agent cancelled my contract and I was charged a R180 cancelation fee. So she escalated to the financial team to reverse this amount and reactivate the contract but this did not happen. Today my subscription was disconnected again, I spent one and a half hours on the line with an agent, she told me that there is no bundle deal activated on my account and I will be paying R489 for 24 months. I have only authorized Multichoice to debit my account for R321 bundle deal and nothing more... I need this sorted out
