MISLEADING AND OMITTING INFORMATION

I called in to change my payment date and it was change only to find out later that there is a pro-rata amount they charge when you change a payment date that will be charged on the old payment date so now I had to pay that fee plus the reconnection fee and then pay my monthly premium whereas this was not even communicated to me how it will work to change the payment date. DSTV IS A ********* !!!!!!!
