Misleading Adverti*****t of R100 addition

Multichoice (Dstv) is so annoying with misleading adverti*****ts about R100 addition to your subscription premiums that will elevate you to the next level higher option which turns out to be untrue. Firstly they ask you about your detailed particulars including the serial number of your decoder then they tell you that you’ll need to pay an additional R100 if you are on Compact option already, provided that they approve what is offered in the advert which they declined in my case. Declining is not a problem to me because anyway I was okay with my existing option until they promise customers heaven & earth that they will most likely disapprove. So what was the point of all this? I can only suspect that they are attempting creative methods to offer you contracts (otherwise they wouldn’t be too much digging of your personal details including serial number of your decoder). Once they discover that you are low on credit from credit bureaus then they disapprove.

If I’m correct it is ******* & disrespectful to use desperate measures by disguising what Multichoice (Dstv) is actually offering to customers.
