I ordered a Special offer from Multichoice, that is still running, buying a Explora for an amount of R899.00 per month for 24 months. After about one hour on the telephone, completing the order, and go through a lot of steps, the promise of delivering the Explora was given, which the did, and this was start of the problem. I called them after about one week, try to find out who will call me to do the \Free\" installation. They inform me that I had to log into [Email Removed] and look for a installer close to me, which I did, and find a place called SAM TV. Sam told me he will see me the next day, and he did arrive, do a proper installation, and he inform me about the cost. I told him that Multichoice refer me to him as one of the certified installer to do the so called \"FREE\" installation. Mr Sam was not aware of any such arrangements. I again call Multichoice and explain to them what happened, and that I had to pay the Installer. I want my money back, because \"free installation\" was part of the deal. The Lady in the Call centre logged a complain and promised me that someone will call me back within 8 hours. My call to the was on Friday 12 February. Poor and bad servic"
