Misleadind Advertising

DSTV advertise premium decoder package from R879 amd canrecord, watch CatchUp and pause with PVR. What thwy dont tell you is that to use the PVR functions (pause, fast forward etc) you have to pay an extra access fee. So why do you have to pay for this if you have a PVR decoder?

This is misleading potential subscribers as premium package does not cost R879. Nowhere on the advertising it says anything about access fee.

I cancelled this access fee, now cant record, not all channels are on catchup anymore and just a few items on the channels thar arw on catchup.

We are paying a lot for DSTV just to get endless repeats and then stuff lime this. It is really time to take them on about where they are going. Premium.ia not worth its money as before you could stream on 5 devices. That was changed to 1, you still pay the same.

I hope someone will buy the rugby rights so we can move away from DSTV.
