Misinformed client
Multichoice sent me an email in June 2020 offering an special offer of upgrading from a compact bouquet to a compact plus bouquet saving R59 per month, which means I would be paying R461 for 3 months.On the 1st of July 2020 I've paid and upgraded my bouquet to a compact plus and paid R470 but to my surprised now towards the 1st August multichoice have sent me a message stating that I must pay R520 which is R60 more than the agreed amountfor the compact plus bouquet subscription that they had offered me and they are dishonouring the agreement they've entered with me and that being the result on the 29th July 2020 I've phone to downgrade back to the compact bouquet. I am annoyed by the way Multichoice dstv has disrespected and took me for granted. It's enough the fact that they are rendering an absolute service, repeatedly airing same programmes, movies over and over again even my children knows and can recite their movie scripts off by heart. I am so dissatisfied with them
