Misinformed by livechat agents
A few days ago via the dstv now livechat i was misinformed by 2 different agents & was obviously unhappy about it & the 3rd agent i dealt with named Molivia refused to give me a superior's details when i asked to deal with one. Please i need contact details. I need to liase with management.
