Misinformation

<p>These people lie to their customers. I asked why they don't broadcast any of the news channels in high definition. It's 2016 and having to watch standard definition at this stage of the 21st century for the exorbitant fee we pay DSTV is unacceptable. </p> <p> </p> <p>After a few emails backwards and forwards they phoned me to say that they broadcast in the format that they get from the source - so Sky News or ENCA for example only provide standard definition coverage. This is a lie. For example they showed the Tottenham vs Crystal Palace football match on Saturday in standard definition when I know for a fact they receive this in high definition. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im also pretty much convinced they receive Sky News in High Def and simply downgrade to SD for broadcast. </p> <p> </p> <p>They cannot not even be truthful with their customers. Shocking. Shows how bad it is to have a monopoly in this country. </p>
