miscommunication
I took the Explora deal of R799 a month and was advised that as soon as its delivered it will be activated.It was delivered on 14 April 2015.I was told that I will only pay R799 per month and no one informed me that I have to call in to have my current decoder deactivated.I was shocked to see this month that my bill is R2100, money which I dont have and after numerous phone calls I spoke to a supervisor who promised to phone me back. I am still waiting and my services was disconnected due to someone who clearly didnt do his work right. I realy do hope someone will call me back as I would gladly return the Explora if this is going to be the case.Please I am waiting
