Misallocated payment

Last month I have paid using DSTV app and on my banking app it was appearing as DSTV PAY AT SERVICES LTD today I have paid using my banking app by going to payment history and pay again..and I was told that I have paid the company that they don't even know..they advise me to reverse the payment of which I can't. .. You can't have a different service provider and let your customers suffer. .it doesn't make sense
