****ming in Multichoice and resolution

1. I was ****med by someone on Multichoice and they will not take responsibility and refund me 2. I short paid about R50.00 and they cut my service. As a result I was held to ransom to pay a min if R420.00 to reconnect. Actually I was given 3 different amounts. 3 Their invoicing is confusing with charging and crediting access fees and showmax which is free with premium. 4. They say they called me, but I have no missed calls from them. 5. Trying to resolve on wattsapp was a waste of time.

Not impressed. Don't know why I had to be forced to pay this amount for reconnection for such a small amount.
