Millicent @ Multichoice

I would just like to extend my utmost appreciation to MILLICENT at Multichoice. After several calls last Sunday then again during the week. On Wednesday night my final call to Multichoice was answered by a lady named Millicent. Finally, an extremely helpful, professional, calm call centre agent. She resolved my issue. And stayed on the line until it was resolved. Funnily enough, she had suggested total different things that the 8 or 9 other agents did not do! They all suggested the exact same thing. Which did not help!!! Thank you very much Millicent! You're a gem at Multichoice! And I'm grateful that you had answered my call. God bless you, Millicent!
