MIGRATION OF DECODER

I have had with it DSTV. They have shoved me around for 2 weeks now. I have relocated to Maputo and would like to do a change of ownership of my Explorer from SA to Maputo so I can use it this side. All they need to do is disconnect the decoder and mark ut second status so it be usable in Maputo. I first called the call centre who told me to go Ranburg to complete forms. When I got to Randburg I was told I need to buy a new decorder and bring to Randburg for preloading and take it with me to Maputo. I didnt believe that was necessary and phoned DSTV Maputo who advised me that it was unnecessary to buy a new decorder when I can use my current Explorer and proceeded to explain what needed to be done. But the Customer Care live in their own world and belive what they want to belive. So between DSTV SA and DSTV Africa no one talks to each other? Finally, my case was taken over by Multichoice Mozambique last week Friday but they are also struggling to get this resolved. Tomorrow it will be a full week later. Or and by the way I can't do a change of ownership before 24 August, really???? In this day and age no human being can override a computer??? I am pulling my hair out!!!!
