Migration from analog decoder to digital decoder.
I have waited for one month for an installer to contact me in regards the migration installation from an analog decoder to a digital decoder. After numerous telephone calls and over the one month period, three DSTV personnel have contacted me and assured me that an installer would contact me within 48 hours. To date no installer has contacted me. The names of the three DSTV personnel are Serah Althea, Clinton and Cheslyn Fortuin. This is the second review that I am writing. Rupert from DSTV responded to my first review and informed that he would investigate. To date no follow up or feedback from Rupert.

Late yesterday afternoon (30-10-2017), Colorado Satelite removed our analog decoder and installed a digital decoder and dish. Ten out of ten to Colorado Satellite. And this story has a happy ending, and the two little ***s now have great reception and a clear picture (no more snowy viewing). Three cheers to hellopeter and Colorado Satellite. Hip hip hooray, hip hip hooray, hip hip hooray (en nog n pip).
