Contacted Multichoice for internet service spoke to a gentleman his last name Chiliza. Firstly the router is delivered to the wrong address 1 Kate Street when I'm at 11 Kate Street. The delivery guys calls and I collect the router. Then I cant connect, spoke to various agents since Friday - Angel, Bathandwa, etc but still couldn't connect. I am ask to pay upfront which I do then when I call yesterday because I still couldn't connect to internet -I am told that there is no coverage in my area. Instead of the agent sorting it out, she still asks me to email and request that they collect the router. The nerve of the agent. I want this sorted out immediately,
