Messed up requirements

Hi, I was so unhappy with the dstv multichoice way of doing things I went to change my dstv from my husband's name to mine when I got there they wanted a letter of authority just to change the name that's so not on cause when we do the letter of authority you do think of the decoder so what must one do if the letter of authority has been issued this is not on with such requirements it's rediculus.
