****mers!!

I have made an error and paid DSTV an incorrect amount amount and I explained to them where I was asked to send all the necessary documents of which I did both on Facebook and via email and they also mentioned that they could see the money paid and I was told my refund has been processed just waiting for finance to approve that was last of last week Friday, today I contact them to find out the status since I was told to wait 5 working days only for them to tell me I did not send them proof of payment meanwhile I sent everything including my bank statement to show where the money came from and how much also they mentioned that it does appear on their side that I paid that amount but today they are telling me stories and saying I need to wait a further 14 days.. Why was this not mentioned before??. They are the worst, ppl need to stop paying for their service coz they **** us very bad.
