Good day, I'm not happy this is my second request,i had a call from multichoice and I spoke to Andile last month regarding my subscription.he said I must pay 728 for my two decoders and I said I need that in writing.payment has been made but I just received and sms saying I need to pay 985 ,never called me back till today,he promised they have updated the system .now I'm getting a sms saying 948.must be paid before the 02 July., can someone call me urgent from multichoice

08 Jul 2023, 09:30Multichoice thank you for lying,I spoke to ANdile and AYanda and an amount of 728 was confirmed,and they promised a reply will be send back to hello peter,can someone call me now as I am tired of multichoice choice they are ****s and ****mers,I need my refund from the very 1st day they sold me even the price lock as they ****.my dstv is closed please don't bother opening it I want tgd refund today.i have been calling multichoice everyone for one thing and it's not been fixed instead they close my subscription.does anyone knows what they are doing hhey are just ****s and ****mers.thank yoh to multichoice.i need a call before 12 as I need to make other alternatives will rather opt for showmax,at the same time there is nothing to watch they are old movies on multichoice and you keep on watching one and the same thing.will not waste my time and airtime to call them as they will put me on hold for 30 minutes.im am tired of multichoice
