I have been a prepaid paying customer for dstv for more than 10 years .In 2024 I decided to stop paying .Today I received a message from CSS stating that I have been handed over for debt colleection due to insurance .From my understanding insurance is not credit obligation.When you stop making payments on the subscription it was suppose to close because I was no longer interested .No one from multichoice has called me to state that I am overdue.To my suprise I have been handedover for collection ,what nonsense is that?????? .What money making scheme is Multichoice pushing ..DSTV is **** and I dont regret stop paying this compamy
