In April 2023 I took a contract for the Explora Ultra with Dstv(Multychoice), I was told that with the contract the installation of this decoder is free until the 15th of September 2023 when my subscription was suspended, I called their head office & the consultant I spoke with confirmed that I was actually charged for the installation that I was told it was for free, but he could see on the system that it was supposed to have been for free, so he activated my subscription but it was only for 4days and I had to call them again my subscription was activated again only for 3days today the 25 September 2023 my subscription was suspended again and I had to pay the installation fee of R1469.90 because I could see that they were not going to resolve the issue and I had to pay it for the sake of my kids.

Everyone that is living DSTV for other entertainment companies I don't blame them, DSTV ****med me they frustrated me to a point of paying what I was told was for free.
