I went to dstv personally for an update on my funeral cover , who is really covered, dstv funeral cover has been billing me for an extra cover policie, from 2023 on thare are no names , no id numbers no date if birth nothing cover it's blank , if the oditors really double check their work that would have been picked up, when I was transferred to them telephonically from multity choice by the one of the consultant , because she was also shocked , the one that I spoked to telephonically was also pazzled she didn't have answers she kept on telling to stay in the line so that she can verify with her supervisor till today , no follow up , I told the consultant that I am demanding my money back that I have been billed since 2023 , how many people being ****med by dstv funeral cover
