Mean ,******ing behavior.

I have experienced the most disgusting and insulting service from dstv.

I spoke to an agent called Sizwe Tisani ,who was suppose to set up a debit order for for the 25th Sep 2020 ,there was no debit order I called in to do a follow up and I spoke to a lady called Ayabonga very rude with no customer service skills she was very mean and not willing to assist at all. I requested to speak to a team leader ,the guy I would like to say indian man because he did nnot give out his name but was very disrespecting to a point she cut the call on me whilst talking to him. I believe it is because of my accent it is not sophisticated enough to keep him on the phone.

I am totally disgusted by the treatment of dstv customer agents to its very own leaders.
