Good day,<br> <br> CASE NUMBER: ***<br> <br> I have a complaint against channel O for using my copyright (mdu masilela image) on an adverti*****t to promote the South African carnival_ Dj Mahoota birthday celebration on March friday the 13 at Taboo.<br> <br> The adverti*****t ran on tv from the 7th of march till the event date.<br> <br> I was never contacted by the channel or any of their representatives for the licensing/use of the image on the event TV adverti*****t which was aired nationally.<br> <br> I sent Channel [Email Removed] & on the website emails but no response from the channel.<br> <br> I also contacted dj vetkuk on social media and had this to say about the adverti*****t and image_ \@Vetkuk: @neohavoc the channel is responsible for the ad not us.
