Maybe I am retarded
I am dealing with a bunch of idiots. No one seems to be able to help with renewing my price lock, I am being told that my contract hasn’t lapsed and that I’ll be charged a cancellation fee when I renew my price lock, but how? I paid 267 for July and supposed to pay 378 for August, does that not mean my contract has lapsed and needs to be renewed?
