******** Marketing Communication Despite Cancellation and Multiple Unsubscribe Attempts

I cancelled my DStv subscription several years ago, yet I continue to receive marketing emails from them. Despite numerous attempts to unsubscribe, the emails keep coming. Their website offers no effective way to unsubscribe, and worse, the emails do not contain an “unsubscribe” link, which is a direct violation of the POPIA Act. I once managed to reach their Call Centre, only to be told they will not remove me from their database—another blatant disregard for POPIA and my right to privacy. I am requesting again, formally and clearly: STOP sending me marketing emails and REMOVE my details from your database.
