Pathetic service from this organization. I really thought atleast the one thing that was working was DSTV.Once again another institution that's taking a turn like everything else in this country. What does PRICE LOCK actually mean clear not what I thought.my membership increased by almost 11.5%.Called through for it to be rectified and still not.NO sight of a refund and resolution. If I experience the same this month I will be cancelling the price lock contract and will go to one of your competators.Netflix plus WIFI costs about R500 plus I save the aggravation.Pathetic Service
