Maponya mall multichoice ***********

I have never experienced such bad and rude service I got at multichoice maponya mall. I noticed that most customers who require your services are Old people yet the treatment they get at your maponya center is horrible well I on the other hand I took my HD decoder which is insured by the way and when I'm suppose to receive help the guy tells me my decoder is ok nothing wrong with it its the power supply plug and I should buy it for 200 rands and I thank God I did not because the plug was fine it was working 100% I had to spend money on calling a DSTV installer to check why my extra view decoder was not working only to find that it was the decoder that had a problem now I had to go back to a different multichoice center just behind south gate and they helped me without trouble even gave me a new one. Multichoice do something about your lazy and arrogant staff in maponya mall they will cost you customers as they have caused me petrol money and an inconvenience I hate such services especially if I owe you nothing.
