Manners less and Useless Consultant

I have never been so angry !!! I sent a service provider to install DSTV at my mother's house who is 73 then after installation I was given the *** to activate the package so that the TV can start playing . The looser girl answered the phone like an untrained amateur when I explained what I wanted from her she became very rude and did not give me a chance to explain myself , I tried explaining that my mother is elderly and cannot call dstv herself that is why I am doing it myself . I also told her that DSTV can not be expecting an elderly to call on her own and do the registration as I was still calling out my details she cut the call useless Asemahle Myeni .Please train her again
