Manipulative, ****er and calculating ******s.
Upon reconnecting my account I was told to pay my subscription by the date of payment. Few days after the reconnection they decided to disconnect my account without reason. Now when I enquire they say " We ****" you have to pay even though we told you you will pay on the next payment date and moreover you must pay Reconnection fee which is more than four times the subscription fee.

I never thought a huge company like multichoice can be or have such unprofessional, Arrogant, unskilled and cheap workforce. After a wrote my review I received a call from one of their consultants apologizing about their foolish conduct. afterwards he requested me to accept their apology, which I did and that it's the issue is "RESOLVED PRIVATELY".
Then I asked, is that all? Then he repeated the same " We apologize and fo you accept our apology?" Again I said yes I do, but resolve the issue........ the issue is "RESOLVED PRIVATELY"
Probably is one of those employees and employers Labour unions are complaining about at the Hotel industry, who comes at a very low and cheap salary if not no salary. Hence the performance is that of "YES BASS"
