Manipulation of contract

I've had enough of multichoice to a point i asked myself why don't we have a differnt supplier in South Africa.<br> My problem is that i dont get communication from Multichoice whatsoever, the only time i get communication is when they need money. It's high time you guys change your business strategy to suit us the paying people to you. Wronful billing, repeating content, poor accounts service with too good call centre agents reading a script instead of answering questions directly. My monthly payment is R319 every month but only now i've just been made aware that i have to pay R464 which i dont understand. Is this a monopoly or a chess game or it's a business that depends on its clients? Maybe its time someone explained the difference between revolving account and prepaid to multichoice call centre agaents so that next time someone calls with a similar situation they can have their ducks in a row not to mumble reading the confused script. It is so disappointing to see such a big business being operated like a ****a shop or a Taxi. I find it percu**** that this is exactly how multichoice is managed
