MANIPULATING BILLINGS FROM DSTV DISHONEST CONTRACTS

I spoke to Kgaugelo via whatsapp today who cannot provide me with statements to confirm why I am owing R1258 on aa compact plus package. I had an issue earlier this year with Multichoice who's agents upgraded me to Premium package but was on compact channels now they keep telling me I am paying short payments since beginning of this year but cannot supply me with statement. Last agent told me I'd be credited as they did see that my channels were not of premium I then later on decided to cancel the insurances that were R40 and R30 and was advised were canceled now I still have billing issue after today paying R100 via eft now still I am owing. Can you honestly tell me what my monthly premium is on the Compact plus Dstv explora contract and exactly when is the contract ending and I need ASAP answers
