manager dropped the phone on me

Maria cloete knows nothing about customer service she is a useless team leader and just dropped the phone on me without even assisting me. multi choice you will be losing another client cause of bad service. what is so difficult to render good service to your customers? you make no mistake in debiting my premiums but when i have a problem you cant assist me? please explain why
