Manage Subscription for ShowMax is a farce - I want a refund

Showmax R99 keeps going off despite cancelling on the website each and every month. For the last possibly 3-4 months. (definitely since November, after signing up for the 14 free day trial in October). The DSTV subscription is in my partners name Salvatore Sabatti 710429 50 however it is my credit card and I want my R300 refunded and this Showmax subscription cancelled immediately your online manage subscription clearly doesn't work as that is where we keep cancelling it.
