Malicious business practice

I can't believe I'm here again to complain again about Dstv's accounts department. I phoned yesterday spoke to sibongile requesting for an arrangement as my bank returned s debit order and my account is 1 month in arrears so and they disconnected my services fair enough I phoned and asked for an arrangement to pay this month's premium however I will settle the outstanding balance with next month's premium so I'm asking for a 1 month arrangement sibongile advised because I'm on pricelock an arrangement will be granted I should wait for someone from that department to contact me. I waited until this afternoon and I decided to make a follow-up call since no one was getting back to me to speak to another consultant I didn't get her name she advised that the arrangement was declined the amount that is outstanding is too little to be in an arrangement first of all how dare a whole international company deny a client an arrangement to pay off the account and what criteria are they using since to even say who can be in an arrangement or not so the company will hold a client at ransom to pay an amount they can't afford however arranging for a sooner date to settle I'm in disbelief and I have gotten to a place where I'm just about enough about your business that doesn't consider arrangements instead abondening the account. I need someone to look into this matter and revert back to me it was OK for you to mess up my account and got me into an arrangement the beginning of this year but when I come and ask for an arrangement none can be taken its malicious business practice and I will not take this lying down. I was close to escalating my previous query to the ombudsman and the national credit regulator further more with the legal firm I belong to but I now I feel it's necessary if this is how you conduct your businesses. If you cannot assist I want you to escalate this query to head office for them to better deal with this query or a formal letter will land on your executive committee's desk by the end of this week and I'm not bluffing. I want someone to resort this issue as a matter of urgency my kids are sitting with a disconnected TV during lockdown over a petty issue.

it is upsetting that after acknowledging my query at 9pm in the evening that no one has even attempted to call me or email a resolution by this time this cant possibly be a complex issue to resolve. my kids are sitting without paid TV since Sunday and they are home all day due the lock-down what do you expect them to do? This is very frustrating i pay you a lot of money per annum for you to subject me to such treatment.

what does as soon as possible mean to your business. I'm getting fed up with your relaxed approach to serious issues honestly meanwhile a person has been committed to your business for 12 years. Thanks for nothing kinda attitude absolutely no priorities to our complaints as long as me pay up right!!!

In the midst of the pandemic and thousands of South Africans losing their jobs and some of us having our hours adjusted and not receiving a full pay your company has not adjusted your policies
