Maladministration of my DSTV account

I'd give DSTV a zero star rating if that was available!

Extremely poor/shoddy or rather total lack of customer service! It's no wonder more people are either downgrading or canceling their subscriptions and rather streaming with other service providers. I am seriously considering this as well! And please DSTV hellopeter Team.... don't waste my time and yours with your perfunctory response! Until you've resolved my matter to my satisfaction, I'm not interested in your platitudes!
