Making upgrading unnecessarily hard
I use to be able in the past to upgrade from the Select 2 package that I am on to the Full Package for short periods of time, since not everyone can or want to pay the steep monthly premium for the full package.
This afternoon when I phoned the DSTV customer service the lady told me that I first have to go to a Pick & Pay and pay an amount of R69 Rand \by hand"before she can upgrade me.
When I heard this"
