Making sales with people who don't understand.

DSTV insurance will be the end of our parents I tell you. My mother received a call from dstv insurance sales person and tje sales person did not explain everything all she said was they will increase her tv channels as she wanted to increase the Chanels anyway when she realized that the Chanels did not increase she went to town only to find out the sales person opened an insurance that she doesn't even know how it works what is it for, Now the question is how are the sales agents trained because had she got proper explanation she would have never signed up for that.
