Make promises about installations

OK Furniture Paarl do not know what they are doing, when it comes to organising installation of DSTV. The told me today 14:30 - after I had to phone them back more than once - the salesperson CHRIS never phones back - that the installers are leaving Klapmuts to Paarl to do the installations in Paarl. It is now 17:40 and noboday contacted me yet - after I had to contact OK FURNITURE more than once again. The salesperson does not ever contact me back and the African lady, organising the installations just told him that the installers are now in STELLENBOSCH - even further away from PAARL than KLAPMUTS!!! I think OK FURNITURE should stop selling decoders - I am taking mine back tomorrow morning, if they do not get back to me and DSTV will just loose customers like this.
