Make good on your sales promises

I was roped into a new sales contract following my old decoder packing up. It will only cost you R5pm more . And will be installed at no cost. Sounds fabulous. Especially seeing they will install today. I had a previous bad experience with another installer where also it was advertised as for free. But when he got here it was this is extra and that is extra. And free cost me R3000! So I asked the sales person probably 20 times…no hidden costs. And he found my disbelief almost funny. Assured me no extra costs! Told him I had dual view set up. Told him I had multiple tvs . Answered all his questions. He assured me numerous times! No extra coats! So the installer pitches up. Oh no mam you need this and you need that etc etc. Will have to quote you. And then come back. So now I have no DSTV . A house full of people and it is Christmas weekend! Lovely! All calls are recorded? So honour your staff member’s commitment!!! I am now waiting for someone to call me back. Somehow don’t think that will happen!
