MADAM SECRETARY - PLEASE DINAH CAN I GET A PROPER RESPONSE TO BE EMAILED TO ME

YOUR HELP STAFF HAVE EMAILED ME TO SAY IT STARTS ON 29 MAY AND 30 MAY SO I HAVE CONFLICTING EMAILS FROM THEM.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR YOUR PROGRAMMING STAFF TO HELP OUT A CUSTOMER. DINAH PHONES ME BUT CAN NEVER ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND JUST SAYS THAT SHE'S WAITING ON A REPLY FROM THE IT DEPARTMENT.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHY DOES SOMEBODY NOT CORRECT THE WEBSITE FOR PREMIUM SERIES CALENDAR IF MADAM SECRETARY IS IN FACT NOT STARTING AT THE MOMENT?</p> <p> </p> <p>WE NEED TO KNOW OTHERWISE WE MUST JUST CHANGE TO NETFLIX AND OTHER SYSTEMS THAT ARE NOT GETTING EVERYTHING WRONG ALL THE TIME.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PHOTOGRAPH !!!!!</p>

I really cannot understand that such a simple question cannot be answered and why it takes so long to get feedback.
I have 2 emails.
1 consultant said it would be aired on 29 at 21.30.
another consultant said it would be aired on 30th at 21.30.
Why does the website state that it will be aired on 30th at 21.30?
How difficult is it for someone to work out exactly when it will be aired?
I'm very confused at this lack of knowledge going around DSTV Multichoice.
