Mad fees being charged in one month

i am now up at 3:00 in the morning getting a call from my mother that ther DSTV account is suspended again. I have already paid R550 for the month and speaking to a team leader over the weekend i advised that i wold not pay another R100 as they are now charging her R150.00 reconnection fees in one month. I now look at her balance due and see its R197.00 now this is madness. I will be getting her and OVHD end of this month and i will go on a campaign to get many of ur friends to do the same. we cant be held ransom with reconnection fees my own DSTV account is paid monthly. i know my mother doesn't pay the full amount i give her monthly and that doesnt help but R150.00 in fees in a month is madness.
