MABALENG STAFF ARE LIERS

On Friday 01/04/2016 i went to Mabaleng branch to ask how much it will be to remove my dish and install in my new place, as i came into the door it was busy, there was a booth straight opposite the door, there was a lady there, training this guy. I asked if i could disturb as i saw they were busy i just had one question, she obliged and told me to go ahead.<br> <br> I asked about removal and installation, she said they were fully booked on that Friday however they can do it on Saturday, she actually got up and went t the back, I suppose to confirm this. She came back and asked me to write down all my details, Wrote my cell number and address where the removal will take place and I would drive down with the installer to the new place.<br> <br> I waited all day Saturday for the call, which i dint mind because we were busy with the move. Sunday I called in the morning when they opened and was told sorry they got busy but it will be done then, I specifically told the lady I don't want miss COTCSA and OPW its Sunday, she assured me Saturday will not repeat itself.<br> <br> I kept calling until I realised they were closed.<br> <br> If Mabaleng could not assist me, maybe because they were fully booked!
