M-Choice unauthorized debit order

I have canceled my DSTV subscription in Geb last year. I have just realized that M-Choice still has a debit order for R35 p/m running on my acc. This needs to be sorted asap please. On top of that I paid transaction fees as well. I assume this is the insurance in the decoder? Yet when I canceled my subscription I was told ALL deductions have been stopped?
