M-Choice unauthorized debit order
Multichoice executed a debit order against my account in Mar'22 and May'22 even though I cancelled my DSTV account years ago.
this is unacceptable practice that a company can just ***** people's money like this.
I had to pay the bank a service fee to have the debit orders reversed.

Not only do you not contact me, but you have the audacity to send me an SMS informing me that you are stopping services (which I never gave you authorisation to enable) due to non payment (which you were never authorised to collect)
