M-choice not checking their bank accounts!!!!!

My debit order bounced on sunday 27/05/2018 and i paid my DSTV account on the monday 28/05/2018 into their account with my account number as reference it is now 3 days later now i am getting sms like this : Your debit order for DStv was returned by your bank. Please pay R1084.00 asap. Click payat.io/dstv/ ********** 9 for payment options - i already paid and emailed the proof of payment to ********** on the same day so what more can i do ....? Please 1st check if the account has been paid before you send smses as this is not on
