***** & lying by Dstv employee on signing contract

Hi, I wanted to discontinue one of my decoders which I am not using. Then I was told I have contract which I signed at one of the shop in December 2025. I went there to format my decoder.

I dispute this wholly scenario as my decoder is new. I didn't sign any contract with any shop. The person also refused to give the shop name and person as this is ***** at its best.
