Lying and *********** staff

I have been requesting DSTV to remove my telephone number from their SMS list to receive payment reminders for almost 3 months now. Deposite numerous emails and visits to the DSTV service centre in Cape Town my number still hasn't been removed from you database.

I have been promised feedback from various people including supervisors/managers but to this day I haven't heard anything back from them. On first visit to the service centre Wandile (supervisor) promised me that he will personally give me a call with feeback within 48 hours. More than a week later and I still haven't heard back from him. During my second visit I was again promised feedback but an escalation normally take 7 days... Classic tale over promise and under deliver!

On my third visit I finally get to speak to Wandile again and he suddenly changes his story and use the excuse that he was ill. Doesn't he have a back-up?? It turns out Wandile was all talk and nothing was in fact done. A manager, Sean, has promised me feedback but as usually the case with DSTV.... nothing happened.

PLEASE RESPECT MY PRIVACY AND DECISION TO BE REMOVED.

STOP APOLOGISING AND START DOING YOUR JOB FOR A CHANGE.

I have dealth with the following *********** employees.

- Janine Benjamin (Case number ********** )

- Tessa Tucker (Case number ********** )

- Wandile (Cape Town Service centre)

- Sean (Cape Town Service centre)

CASE NUMBER: **********

Thank you for your email.
